Obey operators’ instructions at all times

Children under 5, and if your feet cannot touch the ground when you sit on the animal, must ride with an adult or an older sibling.

Maximum weight per ride is 300 lbs

Remain seated with hands on handlebars and feet on footrests

No standing while riding

No bumping and/or horseplay while riding

Do not enter stores, stay clear of stairs, elevators, and escalators

No refunds

Riders who violate any safety rules are subject to forfeit regardless of time remaining

Children under 12 years old must be under the supervision of an adult

Do not leave animals unattended

We are not responsible for any lost, broken, or stolen items

* Please note that these rules have been thoughtfully put in place to ensure the safety and well-being of Cruzzme riders, North Point Mall visitors, and Cruzzme team members.

We kindly ask that all guests respect and adhere to these guidelines at all times. Failure to follow any of these rules will result in immediate termination of your ride, a potential ban from future Cruzzme activities, and/or restrictions from North Point Mall property.
